Everything I can find specifically about the heater core is '99-07. This write-up is incorrect saying '05-14; 2008 is much different than 2007 and earlier.The dash comes out as an assembly and to remove it you will also need to remove the steering wheel. It is possible to do without pulling the dash right out, but all the bolts need to be undone, and the center console out.
