I have worked on, at and taught TK for 34+ years. Yes, the fuel pump circuit is the code. You can have weal fuel pressure due to the fuel pump. Or you can have a blockage in the fuel filter. I suggest replacing the fuel filters again with OEM TK filters. If still the same, replace the fuel pump. I hope this helps you.
