Fo4 duplication glitch.
I tried it on a save I made about a month ago and it worked there but in a more recent save the same method I used doesn’t work. Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. It still works with the conveyor belt but not with dogmeat.
Correction: You will get one-shotted a lot in early survival. Period end stop. The difference in HP is paltry in the earlier levels. Yeah, its been patched I'm afraid. If its things like resources you're trying to duplicate, there is quite an easy way to do it. It will only give the raw resources from the initial product though, instead of duplicating the item itself. Back to the coping part. Just have Dogmeat as your companion and drop the book on a flat surface (so it doesn't glitch unground and get lost). Tell dogmeat to go to a spot semi-far away. Then tell him to "get" the book and move forward were it now prompts you to "take" the book. Wait until dogmeat runs up and stops.
