I realized that healing comps like energy cycle don't technically use CC, but silence - hence they do 20% less dmg more often than they debuff enemy teams. Unless you use heroes like Tasi which isn't meta. Same with stall teams. On paper I belive you need aoe CC for healing teams - but I don't know if it really matters that much. Same here. It's such a pain in the ass to deal with three teams at once, particularly when you can order them in any strength you want. It just happened by a mere accident (even during last HoE in 2021) that my trash Shemira team made by "whatever is left after making 4 other teams" just hard counters that team. I ended up with this setup: Talene + Daimon front, Shemira Desira Ferael back. All heroes without any engravings, only my Shemira has e44 for TR purposes.
