All are connected to gateway, yet just the one laptop displays a message when opening browser saying "this device is paused" and tells me to goto the app to unpause it. But it IS unpaused and it IS successessfully connected to wifi (with no internet).

And through the Xfinity app “Connection is strong”. i also have led light connected to WiFi the available to turn on via bluetooth but in the first four months I’ve had no issues for everything being connected.
