You can read in this thread that people were engaging, and there is some thoughtful discussion, but there are a ton of deleted comments. Many feminists on this very sub have said that men need their own movement and that's where men's lib comes into the picture. A movement that focuses on men's issues specifically (and actually focuses on fixing men's issues instead of dumping on feminism like MRAs do). However menslib will have people that have, at the very least some redpill idelogies. Thats basically the reason for this subreddit to take and understand those different idelogies and viewpoints in a constructive and coherent way for everyone to basically better themselves. Gender dysphoria, not so much. You have an individual who has an accurate view of their body, needs transition regardless of societal attitudes, and needs transition regardless of what the impact is on attractiveness. It's very likely that gender identity is biologically 'set', as it seems to be so inflexible.
