Mercedes gl450 high mileage issues.
We own a 2013 GL450 that currently has 125K miles, 100K of which we put on it over the past 6 years. We truly love this car; it's been an incredible car over the years. It's only had a few issues over the years and we keep it up to date on maintenance. At this point we've done the following: The GL450 is starting to show some signs of its age.
Issues with 2011 GL350. 1. BlueTec Heater - $2000 (just fixed) 2. Intake Manifold - $1538. 3. Oil cooler leaking - $2276. 4. Oil leak in Rear Main seal - $1337.The GL320 CDI should be more solid than the later BlueTec models. Less emissions junk to go wrong and I believe they miss the problems the newer ones have with oil and such.
