My visual voicemail stopped working.

I want to be able to pick up the phone or turn it on and see a notification that I have a voicemail. I want to be able to go to the visual voicemail app and see that I have a voicemail. That doesn't happen right now until I go into the app and manually refresh it. I've been dealing with voicemail on the S21, the S22, and now the S23.My own visual voicemail seemed to stop working around the start of the year - I had to phone in for messages.
