Two full start playthroughs, both, started Collage Quests early but let them wait at Saarthal while both leveled up. Finished Saarthal at level 39, Folgunther at level 42 and Reachwater at 43. Received the correct one on playthrough 1 but on playthrough 2 received the 12-18 level version.
