There are 2 different programs for buying groceries on instacart. One is to purchase the Express membership for $99 and receive free delivery and the second is to pay the $7.95 or $3.99 delivery fee each time you order. I opted for the second-I NEVER had a 2 week trial with free delivery because I did not sign up for it.
