Windsor II was never "balanced", and it probably shouldn't be compared to the S&P500; it should be compared to something like Value Index. Windsor II has substantially outperformed the S&P500 over fifteen years, so I don't know what the complaint is (vs. the S&P, at least.) One of us must be looking at the wrong fund.
