I’m currently holding some VNQ to add some diversity to my Roth IRA with REITs, however, I’ve come across SCHH, a REIT ETF from Charles Schwab, that happens to have a lower expense ratio (0.07% vs 0.12%) the return on them year to day is not higher than VNQ, but they are also at a lower price which could be interpreted as 2:1 ratio when compared to the current price of VNQ.
