Power button just turns the machine off. The machine is ready, I'm ready, now how to start? First, the steam hose is not secure. Unplug it and plug it back in. The iron has been dormant. Moving the iron will activate it again. The iron is not turned on. The iron is in the middle of a rinsing cycle. Therefore, the iron must complete the cycle. The steam button has not been pushed.
