Cleaned all 3 and added a bit of grease then pulled everything tight. My car is a 2012 Cruze ECO with 85K miles and only mod is K&N Air Filter in the stock intake. I had searched the forum and found it most likely a wastegate issue that would be covered under the powertrain warranty.
