So IMO, oem setup of DR650 shouldn't be too far from what you need. And TM40 comes with 17.5 PJ (and 165MJ) if you buy it from mikuni or wherever. That carb is designed for 400~650 cc single bikes. So IMO again, DRZ shouldn't need even 22.5 PJ. May be 17.5 or 20 will be fine I think. 25 might be too much.
