The best dumbphone-esque experience I had that also included both Spotify and Maps was with a BlackBerry Passport, which was an exceptional phone and, given that it ran BB 10 OS, too outdated to reliably run a lot of apps (which was exactly what I wanted to minimize distractions - luckily both Spotify and Maps ran pretty well).
