Having over 100k kills on the gun, the best attachment setup on the gun is; Reflex, angled, compensator, and green laser. Virtually no recoil.

The M1918A2 has a very low magazine capacity of just 20 rounds, however with that comes with faster mobility, and a fast reload speed for an LMG, only rivaled by the HAMR IAR's 30rd Magazine. It does however have lower ammo reserves than any LMG.
