I think the best katana to dual wield with the nagakina is the hand of malenia because the length is similar. Use dual scimitars. I use moonveil for ranged main skill and nagakiba for the double bleed proc good overall build! It depends if you want to do a bleed build or not. I would say the bleed build is overall probably stronger, but some enemies are immune to bleed, so keen will be more consistent. Depends on how you wanna build the rest of your character. If you want higher physical damage, go keen and make DEX your main damage stat.

My guess: since 2handing increases your Str by 50%, but Keen Nagakiba has almost no Str scaling, you aren't getting any increased damage by 2handing. If instead you powerstanced, you'd do a lot more damage.If your Nagakiba is +25, then with quality affinity it has a bleed buildup per hit of 45. With a bleed affinity (+25), bleed buildup per hit will be 82 base, with more added from a higher Arcane stat.
