If you unplug the BLACK harness (only) from the instrument cluster, and turn the key on, the lights cluster lights come on, the temp, fuel and tach swing all the way top and back down. If it goes to the full the problem is the fuel tank sender. On the temp gauge find the sensor wire 359 under the hood, unplug it with the key just in the run position (no need to start tractor) ground it to the engine and see what the gauge does.
