The Elegance had more people at it and seemed to be more active in the evening. That could be due to the Mirage only being a year old and not selling out yet. As for better we never experienced the service or the food at the elegance or colonial but i'm sure it would be just like the Mirage.

Was at the Colonial in Mar. 2023. Beautiful place. Food was great. Staff amazing. Clean. Beach was excellent with very little sargassum. It was busy with the Spring Breakers but that negative was all about timing. Overall I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the Majestic resorts. Stayed in the Colonial Club.
