Unlike the 3.5 warlock, most of your abilities are not at-will, and mystic bolts scale like garbage (1d6+1/4th class level) compared to the old-school eldritch blast. (1d6 per 2 levels). It is not a Warlock though. There is an archetype for the Vigilante class called Warlock that gets 6th level spell casting, and can make 1d6 energy attacks at-will.
