There are 2 ways and 2 ways ONLY to get debilitate onto Yos***sune. 1) Skill Card. Debilitate is NOT an inheritable skill and counts as a "unique skill" because it has this trait. Trumpeter gives you a skill card for debilitate, and the standard process for getting skill cards is used to obtain it (chagall coffee).
