Sep 05, 2011 #11. I am currently at 60% (10% - Chronic Ear Infections, 10% Labrynthitis, 10 hearing loss, 50% Sinusitis). I also have claims in for Tinnitus, which was denied and currently under appeal, and also Allergic Rhinitis w/polyps. It appears as though I have won the appeal and also been awarded for the Rhinitis.
