Luckily this is easy to fix. Go back to the garage, or bring needle nose with you and remove the clip on the front of the drivers side accelerator pump linkage. Move it up to the hole on the top, nearest the pump/towards the hood, then reinstall clip. Drive again to see if this corrected the problem.
