Yes, Lost Sector exotics including Necrotic Grip can drop from the Vex Strike Force event that can happen in the incursion zone. However also, just making sure, you need Beyond Light as it is a Beyond Light-era exotic. You can get it from a solo legend / master lost sector, or vex strike force events on Neomuna. Collections tells you exotic sources. I was in the same boat as you are now. I didn’t have it and a lot of builds use it so I kept doing the Vex Strike and I got it on my second event and the first was the Caliban arms.
