Luck is useful for grinding for chests/gems/fishing. Instant health is a must, though, since it makes you invincible more or less. Armor penetration/%current HP damage are good as well for DPS. I personally like the torch placing affix on my pickaxe, just because no need to craft torches. Good for early game, especially.
