The "Arms & Tool" name was not used after 1915, so you have somewhere between 1912-1915.

This 235 has the roll mark J. Stevens Arms & Tool on the roll mark placing it in the 1909 - 1915 production era. I haven't found the serial number yet to hopefully figure out the exact year of production.
