When I turn it on it starts normal but then chimes and turns to rapid blinking after just a couple seconds. I tried changing the bulbs and it didn't help.Once in a blue moon I have seen these Jeeps get stuck with the controls, but usually on the steering wheel. Pulled the #3 fuse from the TIPM and the CHMSL remains on and brightens when brake is applied. #weird.
