XR6 came with either 4 1/4 or 4 3/4 in lower.

Yes the XR2 would rev between 5500 to 6000 compared to 5000-5500 of the standard blackmax. It is slightly ported, 200hp exhaust and jetted carbs. It will give you a slightly better performance then the black max engine if it is still in good shape. Let me know if you have further questions. Noel.

A stuck float needle won't let it idle. A leaking float needle won't let it idle. A leaking float needle won't be noticed at high speed. They basically stand open at WOT anyway.

(it is possible that you have 1 extra black wire, and if you do, it's a ground). The 2 yellows should go to the stator, the 2 reds tie together and go to the starter solenoid where the battery cable connects. And the gray is the tach wire.
