It was incredibly annoying getting past the screens with this issue, if you can't get to the guardian settings, possibly try to turn of headset tracking first also in the settings, it should make everything stop glitching for the time you need to reset the guardian history :) 1. The calibration setting asks you to tell the controller where you would naturally prefer the up-down-left-right directions. It seems that a problem occurs if a wide range of angles are accepted during the calibration.When no play area is even defined, a large number of our VR headsets will still randomly display "Play Area Not Found" messages. This is a painful issue that's ongoing. Blocking the camera's doesn't work either as the Oculus software will override what your watching at some point with a black gridded room with a 3 dot icon.
