At my state’s convention it was mentioned that the Union would like a 3rd count after that April one but before the next September 2023 Survey.

Not saying everything has to be done such as upside letters (this can be 2 weeks) but count all raw letters and flats for a month so then no one can day well my 400 water bills or whatever total amount is didn't count. Just my opinion since I lost out on 150ish last time and will again with the days if it is Aug 25- Sept 8
