I recall AmbigousAmphibian saying 36 Kg is the low weight limit before you start taking damage. Not sure about the obese weight though. I think 35 is the number iirc from watching challenges on YouTube. As someone with a lot of experience dying in PZ, I can definitely confirm that you can die at just about any weight.

Being obese is easier to manage due to the fact you can easily find food with very small amounts of calories such as berries and whatnot to fill you up but keep losing weight.Conversely, You can take Overweight and just eat enough to stave your hunger at bay while stocking up high calorie stuff, straight 6 points and you'll lose it fast by starving yourself.
