It works great and is real easy to organize your files. I also use Picard Musicbrainz to organize my music files before loading into Zune software so it has the correct track info and album art. Okay I'm confused about something. Isn't the ability of the Zune desktop software to down convert songs and to convert videos for syncing, a component of the Zune software itself (i.e., self contained), meaning that the Anniversary update shouldn't really affect the Zune's internal ability to convert these things??
