The items I've bought since the last refresh are restocked, but other than that the selection of items remains exactly the same. It's not affected by the number of points in Daring Adventurer, either. The trader refreshes every 3 days, but this doesn't include day 1. So they refresh on day 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, etc. Also, despite that they say, vending machines refresh daily. (: Reply. I get the pointer, but no text. I hit escape to exit the "interaction" and game returns to normal. I have tried leaving the poi, heading across town and then I quit. When I restart the game and return to the trader, nothing's changed. I have opened the console during the interaction and no errors or warnings show.

If you're on a20, I would strongly advise against using the command. It's more likely to break the region file than to do anything useful.
