I was able to do Killing Moon quest with and without that quest. Fire hose worked for me OK today. Current Bug: I have a savegame where going back into the terminal, Black Ops is fighting Orbital Air Security (OAS). I did the terminal hack thing (A in-game hack, not a real modded game hack)and got OAS on my side.

I should be able to deal with those the same way I can deal with any other clothing. I'm not saying I need to dissemble them, but I should be able to stash them at least.
