Benefits. I have been with the state for over two years now. So far I've been using DeltaCare USA for my dental insurance, and don't have any complaints. I really like my dentist and the costs are very low. I think the only thing I've had to pay out of pocket for are fluoride treatments, which were optional and only about $25.

I have been billed $140 and $208 by Delta Dental Dentists under my Delta Dental PPO plan that says in-network Delta will pay 100% for cleaning and annual exam.
