Anyway I spent almost $400 on a new shifter mechanism and installed in a few minutes. Plugged it all back in and….. nothing!

Just joined the forum and have a question for all you Ram truck owners. I have 7,500 on my year old 2015 Ram 1500 Big horn. A couple of weeks ago I got the Service Shifter on the dash but didn't think much about it. Well, after another week went by it was coming on between 15 to 20 times with bells going off within 4 miles of my house.Connected everything back as it was. Both my right & left turn signal lights are constantly going off even thought the car is turned off. I get a message on the dash stating "service shifter". Radio works fine, so does AC and all the knobs. I can shift just fine on my A8.
