None of those readings are enough out of nominal to be concerned about... It looks like your jumper to 12 volts is done correctly -- so if the other terminal of the coil is getting switched up and down it should provide spark.

Jumped starter and still same slow cranking.When I try to start the mower, it cranks fine but engine doesn’t start. When I took the air filter and the top of the carb off, there was gas in there. Gas was coming out of the carb when I cranked it. I took the spark plugs out and they were wet with gas. There is no spark at the spark plug wires. There is plenty of gas in there but no fire.

Solved. A friend of mine asked for my help fixing his John Deere Gator 850i and after doing some diagnostics I have come to the conclusion that it has no spark to either cylinder. I checked this by getting a test light and putting one end on the spark plug and one in the boot. The light did not flash or anything.
