I have exactly the same issue you describe. Random pixels and lines (usually green or white or blue) that flash on the screen for no aparent reason. It doesn't seem to be connected to movement. Happens to me in the standalone mode (without oculus link cable or anything). Looks like glithes from an overclocked GPU or a faulty display connector ...UPDATE 2: after extensive testing and complaining to oculus about their support. The issue seems to be plug ins since last update. And and systems which don't use guardian. So anything plugged into the quest 2 can cause it to go into a locked pass through mode.
