Some people pre-write the secondaries so you'll have plenty of time since the prompts are posted end of June/beginning of July and you're not considered late until Thanksgiving.

From what I read the schools with no essays only biographical info are. LECOM-Bradenton. NOVA. LECOM-Erie. Touro-NY (they just charge you 200 dollar fee)-- for NY campus. also DMU. Although Nova (or NSU, not NOVA) doesn't have an essay it is not just simply biographical info.As others have said, when I started writing it took me longer, probably 2-3 days worth of work to be happy with my essays.
