2018 silverado stabilitrak and abs light on.
Just replaced all 4 abs sensors. Now when I first take off the abs and traction light will turn off for about 20 seconds. Still hearing the crunching noise then it all shuts off with the lights back on in the dash. Anybody have any ideas? I've checked all the abs wires/connectors they're fine. Checked the fuses and relays all fine.

I guess that makes sense when you think about it. The truck needs to know where it is pointed and also the speed of each wheel, otherwise, the ABS …
It is also possible that your mechanic may not have had a scan tool that would read the EBCM. As Lagger said above, it is probably the abs sensor but you will need a proper scan to narrow it down to what side etc.. Get that fixed and the stability warning will also go out. Good luck with it. 11 Silverado 1500, been throwing a code where it cuts off power, and traction control and stabilitrak are shut off. I can shut off engine and let sit for 30 seconds and re fire and keep going with 0 issue. However it's happened about every 2nd or 3rd day for about 2 weeks now. ABS failure will be indicated by its own OBD codes as well as by the ABS light being lit. It could be the module or any of the allied sensors. While you are at it, make sure to check the wheel hubs since the tone ring on the wheel hubs sometimes goes to heaven and causes the StabiliTrak issue.
