I have been able to give Bianca some basic upgrades in all areas, excepting no rune (haven't found one yet), and my DPS is 58. However, I am running across bows that do considerably more.Seer staff is considered one of the best, if not the best. It is a tier 3 schematic drop from loot. When you get to crafting staffs, your base damage, attributes and runes are what make it powerful. DPS is circumstantial and a lot of it comes from runes.
