I pay it in full every year with auto-renew. It's about $80 a year but I got it initially because I had to have cavities fixed...it dropped the price from almost $400 per filling to $280 per filling. Still though, it was cheaper than getting insurance which wouldn't cover composite fillings (my dentist doesn't do metal ones) anyway.
That's until I got an EOB (Explanation of Benefit) from Careington in February, 2022, explaining I owe the entire cost ($258.00) The EOB showed I owed $74.00; however, it showed Careington paid $0, and I was on the hook for the entire amount.Careington WAS a good small company.
