I have CT DEEP and CT Transit in their own banks and don't hear anything there either. I am using WIN500 to program with. I downloaded from RR database. You could. Depending on when you last monitored the system, there were changes made several years ago that make the scanner you are using much less effective on P25 Phase 2 systems such as CLMRN. I wouldn't spend a bunch of time making custom files until you are confident that you will be able to hear it properly.

There is not a lot of grant money for radios so either the towns would have to pay or the State will have to pay. With the COVID deficits that the various budgets will be seeing for years, asking the towns to pay $2500 to $8500 ...And then when CLMRN came along they patched it to Troop F and/or K sites too. I have seen the Haddam FD portable radios that each member has-they are programmed for TG's on CLMRN and expect East Haddam intends to follow suite somewhere down the road, maybe not issuing each member a portable but following Haddam onto CLMRN.Only able to hear Troop C,D,F,K on my whistler 1065 as conventional channels.
