Is there any relevant differences between the 2 methods that each app offers? I'm mostly looking for the most reliable and at the same time fastest method. Which solution is the best for what I want? ps. NSP will be the original release. An XCI can also be an original release with game updates and/or DLS included in the same file. So if you have a game that runs in a emulator, but has a issue running with the updates included, this can cause you problems. I personally try to use NSP and download Updates and DLCs seperate and use as needed.

What I'm asking is if there is any difference between NSP and XCI in this specific circumstance, under the provision that I never plan to go online anyway, and have a clean NAND backup if I ever decide I want to restore back to original and take the Switch online.
