Update on this, I stopped keeping everything after a few games. I'm now leaning towards it being the stash amount. I'm at 13 now. And as long as I have 3 open spots at exfil I keep everything. I'll usually keep a 3 plate and large rut now then decide at the end whether or not to TS or exfil.

I’ve in the past couple of days would delete an operator and it would work for a few games. But I’ve deleted 2 now and it still won’t work. Anyone running into this issue? I’ve tried to do different missions, exfil with different bags, even when I switch operators it doesn’t go up. Anyone have a fix? Besides waiting for a patch.
