Most of what I find had been for the original Keurig single K-cup coffee makers (cleaning the needle instructions) and some type of fancier K-Duo with a screen display. Keurig Canada doesn't seem to have any real answer either and I'm kind of ticked off with these machines not working well from the get-go. I know I'm screwed once my warranty is up.
