I'd suggest doing a Tri-Fusion for such an idea. I personally would not do it but with Tri-fusion, you can reduce the amount of noise since it is only 3 ingredients that you need to condition. I would imagine that the recipe Thanatos (69) + Odin (63 for Thunder Reign) + Loki (63) will work for it, assuming Thanatos has all 4th tier elemental spells.
