So it really comes down to how much you spend and where you want to use them, I'd say if you want to use him as a DEF nuke for arena (specifically plat or gold Tag Arena) its worth getting a dupe for empowerment or faction guardians. If he's just a stun-bot or you have better nukers (Soulless, Trunda, Hephraak, etc.) then I wouldn't pull for it.
