Apr 23, 2018 · Pick a different head, but don't actually build/attach it, then just exit the robot workbench. The original head reappears, and the glitch is fixed UNTIL you restart the game, then you just rinse and repeat. Gets old fast. I stopped using sentry heads. "iT JuSt wOrKs."
